YOGA
Vinyasa connects movement and breath in one smooth continuous flow sequence..

Rocket is rooted in Ashtanga. It is a more dynamic vinyasa practice that famously “gets you there faster”. including more playful elements.

Yin is a slower pace to other yoga classes. The poses are held anywhere from 1 – 10 minutes.ncourage surrendering, and nourishing.

PILATES
Pilates is a low-impact practice focused on core strength, alignment, and controlled movement. It improves posture, flexibility and body awareness, making it suitable for all fitness levels..

QIGONG
Rooted in ancient Chinese medicine and philosophy, QiGong is a gentle yet powerful movement practice that reconnects you to your breath, body, and internal energy.
