Teaching Pregnancy Yoga to Women of Colour under the guidance of Dr Carolina Estavao. These classes are used as a research resource for King’s College’s mental health studies.

The programme is designed to give aspiring young entrepreneurs financial assistance. Providing access to finance, resources, mentors and events.

A Charity Easter programme providing free yoga classes for children aged 8-15. The class offers an inclusive environment for children to receive the benefits of mindfulness.
