CLASS STYLE
VINYASA
Vinyasa flow connects movement and breath in one smooth continuous sequence. The breath guides the vinyasa yoga sequence, creating heat inside the body and a stillness in the mind. Vinyasa is suitable for both beginners and advanced as there are options and modifications.
ROCKET
Rocket yoga is rooted in Ashtanga. It is a dynamic vinyasa practice that famously “gets you there faster”. The Rocket yoga sequence follows a faster pace and can include more playful elements. Rocket yoga is suitable for both beginners and advanced as there are options and modifications.
YIN
Yin yoga is a slower pace to other yoga classes. The poses are mainly seated or supine (lying down) and are held anywhere from 1 – 10 minutes. Yin Yoga postures encourage yielding, allowing, surrendering, and nourishing. Yin yoga is accessible to all and is particularly beneficial to those suffering with anxiety.
QIGONG
Rooted in ancient Chinese medicine and philosophy, QiGong is a gentle yet powerful movement practice that reconnects you to your breath, body, and internal energy. My classes weave together intention, stillness, slow movement, and breath to help regulate the nervous system, release stagnant energy, and restore balance.
