Elaine is a holistic facilitator, mentor and multifaceted teacher specialising in Mentoring, Yoga, Pilates, Qigong, Cacao Ceremony, Breathwork, Meditation and Sacred space facilitation. Her work is grounded in self-enquiry using movement, energy work and ceremony to help people come back to themselves. She works across a diverse range of community initiatives locally and internationally, from promoting diversity and inclusion within yoga to collaborating with Kings College London on PhD research for pregnant black women and Reiki for the NHS Oncology Department.

Born and raised in London to Nigerian parents, Elaine studied at Central Saint Martins, earning a bachelor’s and master’s degree. After a decade in corporate roles across Fashion, PR, Finance and Charities, her curiosity and love for cultural connection led her to explore/live in five continents, immersing herself in communities and sacred holistic practices — including the cacao ceremony traditions she now holds space for herself.

Her introduction to yoga and meditation came during a period of personal trauma, sparking a connection that eventually led her to leave corporate life altogether. She volunteered in schools and non-profits while assisting several yoga trainings, retreats and workshops around the world, drawn to the communal aspects of healing she witnessed in different cultures.

Elaine noticed a gap in accessible, inclusive wellness spaces and built her practice to fill it. She founded a scholarship programme supporting emerging wellness practitioners, leaders and advocates.

Elaine's teaching and mentoring are grounded in intention, compassion and inclusivity — creating space for people of all backgrounds to connect with their own strength and grow.
